The goal is to make the transition simple and sustainable, allowing the podcast to increase its reach and perceived quality without increasing workload or requiring additional tools.
Clear-Cut manages the technical production workflow and delivers publish-ready episodes, enabling the creator to focus fully on the conversation and content.
The plan includes 4 interviews per month, each delivered as a separate publish-ready episode.
Each episode has an approximate duration of 30 minutes.
Each episode includes:
• Professional audio and video editing
• 3 social media clips (Reels / Shorts)
• 1 custom episode thumbnail
• Managed publishing support
• Transcript and structured show notes
• Up to 2 feedback rounds per episode
Each production step is delivered within approximately 48 hours, enabling a consistent and professional publishing rhythm.
To support a smooth transition into video podcasting, the plan includes access to the Clear-Cut production platform:
• In-browser recording studio
• Cloud-based production dashboard
• Managed publishing workflow
The platform allows recording, reviewing, and delivery to take place in one place, eliminating the need for file transfers or multiple disconnected tools.
As part of the transition from audio-only to video podcasting, Clear-Cut provides structured guidance to help establish a stable and repeatable recording workflow.
Support may include:
• Reviewing the recording setup and recommending improvements
• Assisting with lighting, framing, and audio configuration
• Testing and optimizing the recording workflow
• Providing guidance on structuring episodes for video format
• Identifying simple improvements that increase perceived production quality
The objective is to create a reliable recording configuration that works consistently and supports long-term growth.
The monthly plan includes the production of 4 recorded interviews per month, each delivered as an individual episode.
Each interview may have a maximum raw recording length of 90 minutes.
The standard price of the Clear-Cut Podcast Production Plan for this scope is $560 USD per month.
As part of this transition collaboration, a reduced partnership rate of $285 USD per month has been agreed for the initial transition phase.
This preferential rate is intended to support the move from audio podcasting to a professional video podcast format while establishing a stable and repeatable production workflow.
The transition rate may be reviewed once the video format and workflow are fully established and the podcast begins to show measurable growth and commercial potential.
Monthly subscription – cancel anytime before the next billing cycle; once a month has started, cancellation applies from the following month.
