The Clear-Cut Podcast Production Partnership is designed for Amin Said to help run his podcast, Beyond Adjustments, without dealing with the software aspects of podcast production.
Clear-Cut Podcasting manages post-production, hosting, and publishing, delivering fully prepared, publish-ready content.
The plan includes up to 4 episodes per month, approximately 30 minutes each.
Each episode includes:
• Professional audio and video editing
• 3 social media clips (Reels / Shorts)
• 1 custom episode thumbnail
• Managed publishing
• Transcript and show notes
• Up to 3 feedback sessions per episode
Each production step is delivered within 72 hours, provided all required materials have been supplied.
To support the workflow, the plan also includes access to the Clear-Cut production platform:
• In-browser recording studio
• Cloud production dashboard
• Podcast hosting
• Managed publishing
Clear-Cut Podcasting will host the Beyond Adjustments podcast and manage distribution to podcast platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other supported directories.
The Client will retain access to their individual podcast analytics for their show.
The standard price of the Clear-Cut Podcast Production Plan is $370 USD per month.
A discounted rate of $220 USD per month has been agreed between the Client and the Provider.
This discounted rate is granted in exchange for promotional exposure on the Client’s podcast Beyond Adjustments and related promotional support as described in this agreement.
The monthly plan includes the production of two recorded interviews per month, each with a maximum raw recording length of 90 minutes.
Each interview may be edited and delivered as two separate podcast episodes (for example Part 1 and Part 2).
This results in up to four publish-ready episodes per month, depending on how the Client chooses to structure the content.
In certain cases, an interview may be divided into three parts instead of two if the content structure reasonably requires it.
In such situations, the Client may receive one additional episode within that month, resulting in a maximum of five episodes in total.
This additional episode is intended for occasional use and will not exceed one extra episode per month.
Clear-Cut Podcasting and the Client agree to maintain a consistent release schedule for podcast episodes.
Clear-Cut Podcasting will release episodes on agreed publishing dates each month.
To ensure timely delivery and maintain the publishing schedule, the Client agrees to provide all materials required for episode completion at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled release date.
Required materials may include:
• Recording files
• Intro and outro audio (if applicable)
• Guest information and links
• Episode titles or content notes (if applicable)
• Any specific edit requests
Clear-Cut Podcasting will provide the Client with the opportunity to review the episode via the production dashboard prior to release.
Episodes will be released as scheduled unless the Client explicitly requests that the release be paused or stopped.
If materials are provided later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled release date, Clear-Cut Podcasting will make reasonable efforts to meet the timeline but cannot guarantee the originally planned publication date.
Post-production services are considered fulfilled once editing and preparation of the episode have been completed based on the materials provided by the Client.
As part of this agreement, Clear-Cut Podcasting will also provide reasonable production support to the Client.
This may include:
• Reviewing the Client’s recording setup and providing technical guidance
• Assisting with testing and preparation of the recording environment
• Supporting guest setup and recording readiness
• Suggesting improvements to the podcast’s production quality, format, or workflow
All such support will be provided in good faith and within reasonable limits as part of the ongoing collaboration.
As part of the discounted pricing agreement, the Client agrees to include promotional support for Clear-Cut Podcasting on the Beyond Adjustments podcast.
This promotional support will include:
• One promotional mention per episode (front of episode or mid-roll)
• Approximate length of around 30 seconds
• Promotion of Clear-Cut Podcasting services
• A link to the Clear-Cut Podcasting website included in the episode show notes
If the promotional placement is discontinued, the Provider reserves the right to revert the subscription price to the standard monthly rate of $370 USD.
